BUYERS
Buying a New or Pre-existing home is probably the biggest financial decision you will make in your lifetime. It’s important to obtain the best inspection you can have in order to have that “peace of mind” with that financial decision. The inspection will give you a list of minor to major problems that you can use to help with repairs or negotiations with the seller.

INSPECTION PROCESS
We visually inspect the roof, attic, structure. electrical, plumbing, HVAC and many other components of your home and provide an on-site report with the problems we find during the inspection. At the conclusion of our inspection we will go over each problem individually, discuss maintenance tips concerning your new home and answer any questions you may have about the home. If you cannot attend the inspection, our reports are written in such a way that they are very easy to understand and you can call us to go over the report.
